Advanced Ceramic Wastewater Purification System Installed at Nobel Ceramic in Jiujiang

PORVOO has successfully implemented its tower-type sewage treatment system at Jiujiang Nobel Ceramic factory in Jiangxi Province, China. The system replaces traditional sedimentation tanks and allows for high-efficiency recycling of process wastewater.

Inspired by advanced Italian environmental engineering, this solution integrates sedimentation, thickening, and filter pressing with a fully enclosed pipeline system and automated control.

本系統借鑑義大利環保工程技術，整合沉澱、濃縮、壓濾三大功能，並採用全封閉管道系統與自動化控制，現場整潔、安全高效。

The plant reported a 95% reuse rate of treated water and significant improvement in workshop cleanliness. It also reduced reliance on manual wastewater handling and saved labor costs.

據現場反映，處理後的水可達95%回用率，有效改善了廠區衛生狀況，同時大幅減少人工作業與成本。
