Qingyuan Best Ceramics Deploys Three-Tower Wastewater Recycling System

Qingyuan Best Ceramics Co., Ltd. partnered with PORVOO to build a customized large-capacity wastewater treatment system. As one of the largest producers of polished and glazed tiles in northern Guangdong, Best Ceramics generates over 120 m³ of slurry-rich wastewater per day across multiple production lines.

清遠貝斯特陶瓷有限公司與PORVOO合作,建設了一套定制型大流量污水處理系統。作為廣東北部大型拋光磚與施釉磚生產基地之一,貝斯特每日產生超過120立方米高濃度泥水,分布於多條生產線。

Prior to system installation, the factory relied on manual sedimentation and decentralized bag-type filters, which could not meet the capacity demand during peak shifts. Operators had to frequently monitor water levels, clean tanks manually, and handle wet sludge with high moisture content.

系統上線前,該廠使用沉澱池加袋式過濾的組合方式,難以應對高峰期處理量。操作人員需頻繁巡檢液位,手動清池,且排出泥餅含水率高,搬運難、堆存費高。

To overcome these limitations, PORVOO designed and delivered a three-tower wastewater recycling system with two automatic filter press lines. The layout includes:

  • 3 sedimentation + thickening towers (parallel operation)
  • 2 PLC-controlled fully automatic filter presses
  • Centralized sludge pump and return water pipeline system
  • Intelligent control panel with status indicators and fault alarms

針對現場處理需求,PORVOO設計並交付了三塔式污水處理系統,配套兩條自動壓濾線,核心配置如下:

  • 3座沉澱+濃縮雙功能塔(可並聯獨立運行)
  • 2組PLC全自動液壓壓濾機
  • 中央污泥泵與清水回流管網
  • 智慧控制面板,含運行指示與異常警報

Since its commissioning, the system has processed more than 3,000 m³ of wastewater with a reuse rate exceeding 92%. Treated water is directly reused in the material mixing station and polishing lines. The dried mud cake is discharged twice daily and transported by forklift to the waste handling zone.

系統啟用以來,累計處理超過3000立方米泥水,回水率超過92%。處理後清水直接送入配料車間與拋光工序循環使用,壓濾泥餅每日集中排放兩次,由叉車運至廢料堆場。

The factory reported that the system not only reduced operational labor by 70%, but also lowered wastewater management costs by nearly 40%. Plant managers praised the intuitive interface, silent operation, and strong adaptability during variable production shifts.

現場反饋顯示,系統大幅減少操作人員投入(降低約70%勞力),同時使污水管理成本下降近40%。管理層對其直觀控制、低噪音運行與應對高低產波動能力表示肯定。
