Dust Collector Filter Bags Installed at Xinjiang Fuma Ceramics

In recent years, environmental regulations in Xinjiang have tightened significantly, especially regarding particulate emissions from ceramic production. To comply with these policies and improve air quality in the workshop, Xinjiang Fuma Ceramics partnered with PORVOO to upgrade their dust collection system, specifically focusing on the replacement of dust collector filter bags in their edge grinding lines.

Why Dust Collector Bags Matter
為何選用高效除塵布袋？

Ceramic edge grinding and cutting generate a high volume of fine dust, including silica and glaze particles. If not properly filtered, this not only pollutes the environment but also affects worker health and causes secondary dusting on machines.

陶瓷的磨邊與切割過程會產生大量微細粉塵，成分含矽粉、釉料顆粒等，如未妥善過濾，將對環境與操作人員健康造成嚴重影響，甚至導致機械積塵、產品二次污染。

By implementing a durable, heat-resistant, and high-filtration-efficiency PPS or aramid filter bag, the plant now achieves >99% dust capture efficiency, reducing visible emissions and improving workshop conditions.

通過採用耐高溫、高過濾效率的 PPS 或芳綸除塵布袋，福馬陶瓷目前已實現超過 99% 的集塵效率，大幅降低可見粉塵排放，有效改善生產環境。

The baghouse system for Fuma was customized to match the airflow and dust volume of their grinding lines. PORVOO engineers conducted a full site assessment and delivered bags that are:
