Working Principle

The VCF operates under vacuum pressure. As the ceramic filter plate rotates through the slurry tank, liquid is drawn through the porous ceramic medium by vacuum suction, while solid particles are retained on the plate surface to form a filter cake. The cake is then automatically discharged via a backflush system or scraper.

真空陶瓷壓濾機利用負壓作用實現過濾。陶瓷濾板在旋轉過程中穿過漿池，在真空吸力下液體透過濾板內部微孔流出，固體則留在表面形成濾餅，最後經反吹或刮刀自動卸餅，實現連續操作。
