Working Principle

The system uses physical and mechanical filtration—such as sedimentation tanks, lamella clarifiers, cyclone separators, and filter presses—to remove suspended solids without chemical aid. The clarified water is automatically pumped back for reuse, forming a closed-loop water cycle.

該系統透過沉降槽、斜板澄清器、旋流分離器與壓濾機等物理機構，無需化學助劑即可實現懸浮固體去除。處理後的清水將自動回收至用水點，實現全廠用水循環閉環。
