Baghouse Dust Collector Successfully Installed in Dry Grinding Line of Algeria Ceramic Plant

In response to growing environmental regulations and health awareness, PORVOO has successfully installed a complete set of industrial baghouse dust collectors in a ceramic tile factory located in Algeria. The system is specially designed for the dry grinding line of ceramic production, which is known to generate large amounts of fine particulate dust.

How It Works

The baghouse system uses a high-efficiency pulse jet mechanism. Dust-laden air from the dry grinding machines is drawn into the filter chamber through a centralized ducting system. Fine dust particles are captured by durable filter bags, while clean air is discharged into the atmosphere. The system includes an automatic pulse cleaning controller, ensuring long-term stable operation.

此布袋除塵系統採用高效脈衝反吹原理，通過中央管道收集乾磨機產生的含塵氣體，進入濾袋倉內進行過濾。粉塵被濾袋表面截留，潔淨空氣則排放至大氣。系統配備自動脈衝清灰控制器，確保長期穩定運行與濾袋壽命。
