Baghouse Dust Collector Installed in Algeria’s Ceramic Dry Grinding Line

PORVOO recently completed the installation of an industrial baghouse dust collector in an Algerian ceramic tile factory, where dry grinding generates high levels of fine dust. The system is engineered to reduce airborne particulate emissions and ensure compliance with environmental standards.

The dust collector uses PTFE-coated filter bags and pulse-jet cleaning to maintain filter performance. Dust is collected through a centralized duct system connected to the grinding machines and is discharged through sealed hoppers.

該除塵器採用PTFE覆膜濾袋，搭配脈衝反吹清灰系統，有效維持過濾效率。粉塵經由中央吸風管網收集，並由密封料斗自動排出。

Since installation, airborne dust concentration was reduced by more than 85%. Workers reported a significantly improved working environment, and local inspectors approved the installation as fully compliant with safety codes.

系統投入使用後，現場粉塵濃度降低超過85%，員工反映工作環境明顯改善，當地檢查部門也確認設備完全達標。
