Tower-Type Wastewater Treatment System Installed at Guangxi Xinruifu Ceramics

PORVOO has delivered a high-efficiency tower-type wastewater treatment system to Guangxi Xinruifu Ceramics Co., Ltd.. This installation addresses the growing challenges of wastewater management in modern ceramic production, ensuring space-saving design, water recycling, and compliance with environmental regulations.

PORVOO為廣西新瑞福陶瓷有限公司提供了一套高效的塔式污水處理系統，幫助企業解決現代陶瓷生產過程中廢水處理難題，實現佔地節省、水資源回收與穩定達標排放。

The Xinruifu facility generates large amounts of slurry wastewater from its polishing, cutting, and raw material preparation lines. Previously, sedimentation pools took up significant floor space and required frequent manual cleaning.

新瑞福陶瓷生產線每日產生大量拋光、切割與配料含泥污水，過去依靠沉澱池處理，不僅佔用大量場地，還需頻繁人工清池。

To resolve these inefficiencies, PORVOO customized a tower solution combining sedimentation, thickening, and filter pressing in a vertical modular design. The system reduces land use by over 60% and recycles more than 90% of processed water back into the production loop.

PORVOO針對工廠情況定制設計了集沉澱、濃縮與壓濾於一體的垂直塔式污水回用方案，整體佔地減少60%以上，處理後90%以上的清水可回流產線再利用。

The enclosed piping system and fully automatic PLC control eliminate open-pit odor problems and reduce labor requirements. Operators only perform basic daily checks while the system ensures 24/7 stable operation.

系統採用封閉式管路設計及全自動PLC智能控制，有效消除開放池異味問題，極大降低人力需求，日常僅需巡檢，實現全天候穩定運行。

Since commissioning, Xinruifu has reported improved factory cleanliness, reduced wastewater processing costs, and better regulatory compliance. The project stands as a benchmark for sustainable development in the Guangxi ceramics industry.

投產以來，新瑞福陶瓷廠區整潔度明顯提升，污水處理費用大幅下降，排放長期穩定達標，成為廣西陶瓷行業綠色轉型的標桿案例。
