Heavy particles are screened out.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 2: Intelligent Sedimentation (The Tower)<\/strong><br \/>\nWater is pumped into our High-Efficiency Thickener Tower. Flocculants are added automatically. Clean water overflows from the top.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 3: Sludge Dewatering (The Press)<\/strong><br \/>\nThe mud at the bottom of the tower is pumped to the Filter Press. It becomes dry cake. The filtrate water goes back to the clean water tank.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 4: Reuse<\/strong><br \/>\nThe clean water is pumped back to the polishing machines.
