PORVOO successfully delivered a fully automated tower-type wastewater treatment system to Guangdong Huatao Building Materials Co., Ltd.<\/strong>, located in Foshan, the ceramic production capital of southern China. As one of the leading manufacturers of porcelain tiles in the region, the factory produces a high volume of cutting and polishing wastewater on a daily basis.<\/p>\n

PORVOO\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u83ef\u5357\u9676\u74f7\u91cd\u93ae\u2014\u2014\u4f5b\u5c71\u7684\u5ee3\u6771\u83ef\u9676\u5efa\u6750\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8<\/strong>\u5b89\u88dd\u4e86\u4e00\u5957\u5168\u81ea\u52d5\u5854\u5f0f\u6c61\u6c34\u8655\u7406\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002\u83ef\u9676\u4f5c\u70ba\u7576\u5730\u77e5\u540d\u7684\u74f7\u78da\u88fd\u9020\u4f01\u696d\uff0c\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u7522\u4e2d\u6703\u7522\u751f\u5927\u91cf\u5207\u5272\u8207\u62cb\u5149\u5ee2\u6c34\uff0c\u8655\u7406\u96e3\u5ea6\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n

The original wastewater treatment method relied on multiple sedimentation tanks, which occupied over 200 m\u00b2 of space and required manual cleaning every 3\u20135 days. Mud overflow, odor, and non-compliance with discharge regulations were persistent issues.<\/p>\n

\u6b64\u524d\u8a72\u5ee0\u4f7f\u7528\u50b3\u7d71\u6c89\u6fb1\u6c60\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u5360\u5730\u8d85\u904e200\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\uff0c\u6bcf3~5\u5929\u9700\u4eba\u5de5\u6e05\u6c60\u3002\u6ce5\u6c99\u5916\u6ea2\u3001\u6c23\u5473\u91cd\u3001\u6392\u653e\u4e0d\u7a69\u7b49\u554f\u984c\u9577\u671f\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u5f71\u97ff\u74b0\u5883\u8207\u5408\u898f\u3002<\/p>\n

To solve these problems, PORVOO proposed a vertical tower system that integrates sedimentation, thickening, storage, and filter pressing in one structure. This system reduced land occupation by over 60%, eliminated open-pit cleaning labor, and centralized the treatment process indoors under automated control.<\/p>\n

\u91dd\u5c0d\u4e0a\u8ff0\u554f\u984c\uff0cPORVOO\u63a8\u85a6\u4f7f\u7528\u96c6\u6c89\u6fb1\u3001\u6fc3\u7e2e\u3001\u5132\u5b58\u3001\u58d3\u6ffe\u70ba\u4e00\u9ad4\u7684\u5782\u76f4\u5854\u5f0f\u8655\u7406\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002\u8a72\u65b9\u6848\u6e1b\u5c11\u8d85\u904e60%\u7684\u4f54\u5730\u7a7a\u9593\uff0c\u7121\u9700\u4eba\u5de5\u6e05\u6c60\uff0c\u7cfb\u7d71\u7f6e\u65bc\u5ba4\u5167\u81ea\u52d5\u904b\u884c\uff0c\u8655\u7406\u6548\u7387\u8207\u74b0\u5883\u54c1\u8cea\u5927\u5e45\u63d0\u5347\u3002<\/p>\n

The installed system can treat up to 100 m\u00b3 of wastewater per day. Treated water is returned directly to polishing machines, while the filter cake from the press has a moisture content below 30%, allowing easy bagging or transport.<\/p>\n

\u7cfb\u7d71\u6700\u5927\u65e5\u8655\u7406\u80fd\u529b\u53ef\u9054100\u7acb\u65b9\u7c73\u3002\u6e05\u6c34\u7d93\u904e\u904e\u6ffe\u8655\u7406\u5f8c\u76f4\u63a5\u56de\u7528\u65bc\u62cb\u5149\u751f\u7522\u7dda\uff0c\u58d3\u6ffe\u5f8c\u7684\u6ce5\u9905\u542b\u6c34\u7387\u4f4e\u65bc30%\uff0c\u53ef\u6253\u5305\u6216\u96c6\u4e2d\u5916\u904b\u8655\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n

During the installation phase, PORVOO engineers worked closely with the customer to adapt the system to the workshop layout. From foundation civil work to piping and electrical commissioning, the whole system was installed within 15 working days.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u5b89\u88dd\u968e\u6bb5\uff0cPORVOO\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e2b\u6839\u64da\u73fe\u5834\u7a7a\u9593\u8207\u6392\u6c34\u689d\u4ef6\u9032\u884c\u8a2d\u8a08\u8abf\u6574\uff0c\u6574\u9ad4\u5f9e\u571f\u5efa\u3001\u914d\u7ba1\u5230\u96fb\u63a7\u63a5\u7dda\uff0c\u50c5\u752815\u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e5\u5b8c\u6210\u6574\u5957\u7cfb\u7d71\u5b89\u88dd\u8207\u8abf\u8a66\u3002<\/p>\n

Since commissioning, the system has operated stably with minimal maintenance. The factory reported significant improvements in site hygiene, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Huatao plans to expand the system in 2025 to accommodate a new production line.<\/p>\n
