The chamber filter press, also known as plate and frame filter press, is a widely used mechanical filtration system designed to separate solids from liquids. Working Principle

The filter press operates by pumping slurry into a series of filter chambers lined with filter cloth. Under hydraulic pressure, water passes through the cloth and is discharged, while solids accumulate to form a filter cake. Once the chambers are full, the plates are opened to discharge the dewatered cake.

压滤机通过高压泵将泥浆注入多个装有滤布的滤室内。在液压系统的作用下，水分透过滤布流出，而固体则被截留形成滤饼。当滤室充满后，依次打开滤板自动或手动卸饼，完成一个脱水周期。
