1. Heavy Steel Foundation (重型钢基)

Quality starts with the raw material. While competitors use 10mm or 12mm steel plates for the main beam, Porvoo uses Q345B High-Strength Steel with a thickness of up to 16mm-20mm (depending on model).

• Result: No bending or deformation under high pressure (25 Mpa).

2. Shot Blasting: The Key to Adhesion (抛丸：附着力的关键)

Before painting, every steel component undergoes Shot Blasting (Sandblasting). This removes all rust, oil, and oxide layers, creating a rough surface.

• Why it matters: Without this step, paint peels off easily. With it, the paint bonds molecularly with the steel.

3. Three-Layer Coating System (三层涂层系统)

We don’t just spray and pray. We apply a rigorous coating system:

2. Intermediate Coat: Increases coating thickness and barrier effect.

For high-corrosion environments (like chemical plants), we additionally clad the main beam in 304 Stainless Steel.
