Sichuan Lihong Ceramic Factory Adopts Tower Wastewater Recycling System

Sichuan Lihong Ceramic Co., Ltd. partnered with PORVOO to upgrade its wastewater treatment capacity at its tile production facility in Yibin, Sichuan. The company manufactures high-gloss ceramic floor tiles, which produce a high load of wastewater containing polishing sludge, glazing residues, and fine mineral particles.

四川利弘陶瓷有限公司與PORVOO合作，在位於宜賓的生產基地升級其污水回用處理能力。該廠專注於高光地磚生產，廢水中含有大量拋光泥、釉料殘液與細小顆粒，處理難度較高。

Prior to the upgrade, the factory used open sedimentation tanks and bag-filter presses, which required frequent manual cleaning and had limited capacity during peak shifts. Water turbidity remained high, affecting reuse quality and putting pressure on daily output.

升級前，廠區原採用開放式沉澱池與傳統袋濾設備，每天需清理1～2次，遇產量高峰時更常出現處理不及、回用水混濁等問題，影響生產效率。

To address these challenges, PORVOO proposed its tower-based ceramic wastewater purification system. The solution includes:

• 1 integrated purification tower (10 m³/h)
• 1 sludge thickening tower
• 2 automatic hydraulic filter press lines
• PLC with touchscreen interface & remote monitoring

針對客戶需求，PORVOO推薦使用塔式陶瓷污水回用系統，主要配置如下：

• 1台整合型淨水塔（處理能力10立方米/時）
• 1座污泥濃縮塔
• 2條自動液壓壓濾線
• PLC控制＋觸控螢幕＋遠端監控模組

Thanks to the enclosed tower design and fully automated cleaning cycle, the system drastically reduced manual handling. It reached a stable recovery rate of over 90%, with clear filtrate returning to polishing and glazing lines directly.

由於採用封閉式塔體與自動清灰機制，系統大幅減少人工作業時間，水質穩定性大幅提升，處理後清液可直接回用至拋光與施釉流程，回收率穩定在90%以上。

Operators report that the system can run continuously for 24 hours without requiring manual intervention. Only basic weekly inspections and scheduled maintenance are necessary. The filter cakes produced are dry and easy to transport to landfill or reuse in raw material feedstock.

現場反映，系統可24小時不間斷運行，無需人工干預，只需每週基礎檢查與保養。所排泥餅乾燥堅實，便於裝袋與運輸，可作為回料或外運處置。

Since the system was commissioned, Lihong Ceramic has reported not only better wastewater compliance, but also increased workshop cleanliness and reduced odor issues. In future expansion plans, the company intends to replicate the same model for its new phase-two facility.

系統啟用以來，利弘陶瓷的污水排放穩定達標，廠區整潔度明顯改善，氣味明顯減輕。客戶已計畫將同型系統應用於後續二期廠房建設。
