1. Collection & Pumping<\/h3>\n

Raw, abrasive wastewater is collected in a central pit and pumped into the system using heavy-duty centrifugal or submersible slurry pumps designed to resist severe wear.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

2. Chemical Flocculation<\/h3>\n

The effluent enters the mixing zone where automated PE Dosing Tanks<\/strong> accurately inject PAC (Coagulant) and PAM (Flocculant) to bind microscopic dust into large, heavy particles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

3. Gravity Clarification<\/h3>\n

The water flows into our deep-cone Clarifier Towers<\/strong>. The heavy bonded solids sink rapidly to the bottom, while crystal-clear water overflows at the top, ready to be recycled to the polishing machines.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

4. Sludge Dewatering<\/h3>\n

The thick sludge at the bottom of the tower is pumped into a Porvoo Chamber Filter Press<\/strong>. High pressure squeezes out the remaining water, producing dry, solid cakes for easy transport.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
