PORVOO Stone Wastewater Recycling System Installed in U.S. Stone Fabrication Plant<\/h1>\n

PORVOO recently completed the installation of a stone wastewater treatment system at a stone fabrication plant in the United States. The system was designed to handle the high-solid wastewater generated during granite and quartz slab cutting and polishing operations.<\/p>\n

PORVOO\u8fd1\u65e5\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u4e00\u5bb6\u77f3\u6750\u52a0\u5de5\u5ee0\u5b8c\u6210\u77f3\u6750\u5ee2\u6c34\u8655\u7406\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u5b89\u88dd\u3002\u8a72\u7cfb\u7d71\u5c08\u70ba\u89e3\u6c7a\u82b1\u5d17\u5ca9\u8207\u77f3\u82f1\u677f\u5207\u5272\u62cb\u5149\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7522\u751f\u7684\u9ad8\u6fc3\u5ea6\u5ee2\u6c34\u554f\u984c\u800c\u8a2d\u8a08\u3002<\/p>\n

The compact tower-type design combines sedimentation, thickening, and filter pressing in one unit. Using a vertical purification tower, the system reduces the need for traditional sedimentation ponds and significantly saves space.<\/p>\n

\u8a72\u7cfb\u7d71\u63a1\u7528\u7dca\u6e4a\u578b\u5854\u5f0f\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c\u5c07\u6c89\u6fb1\u3001\u6fc3\u7e2e\u8207\u58d3\u6ffe\u96c6\u6210\u65bc\u4e00\u9ad4\u3002\u901a\u904e\u5782\u76f4\u5f0f\u6de8\u6c34\u5854\u8655\u7406\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u5927\u5e45\u964d\u4f4e\u5c0d\u50b3\u7d71\u6c89\u6fb1\u6c60\u7684\u4f9d\u8cf4\uff0c\u7bc0\u7701\u5ee0\u5340\u7a7a\u9593\u3002<\/p>\n

The customer reported that over 90% of process water was successfully recycled back into the cutting machines. Filter cakes with moisture content under 30% were easy to transport and dispose of.<\/p>\n
