The company manufactures high-gloss ceramic floor tiles, which produce a high load of wastewater containing polishing sludge, glazing residues, and fine mineral particles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u56db\u5ddd\u5229\u5f18\u9676\u74f7\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8<\/strong>\u8207PORVOO\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5728\u4f4d\u65bc\u5b9c\u8cd3\u7684\u751f\u7522\u57fa\u5730\u5347\u7d1a\u5176\u6c61\u6c34\u56de\u7528\u8655\u7406\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u8a72\u5ee0\u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc\u9ad8\u5149\u5730\u78da\u751f\u7522\uff0c\u5ee2\u6c34\u4e2d\u542b\u6709\u5927\u91cf\u62cb\u5149\u6ce5\u3001\u91c9\u6599\u6b98\u6db2\u8207\u7d30\u5c0f\u9846\u7c92\uff0c\u8655\u7406\u96e3\u5ea6\u8f03\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Prior to the upgrade, the factory used open sedimentation tanks and bag-filter presses, which required frequent manual cleaning and had limited capacity during peak shifts. Water turbidity remained high, affecting reuse quality and putting pressure on daily output.<\/p>\n<p>\u5347\u7d1a\u524d\uff0c\u5ee0\u5340\u539f\u63a1\u7528\u958b\u653e\u5f0f\u6c89\u6fb1\u6c60\u8207\u50b3\u7d71\u888b\u6ffe\u8a2d\u5099\uff0c\u6bcf\u5929\u9700\u6e05\u74061\uff5e2\u6b21\uff0c\u9047\u7522\u91cf\u9ad8\u5cf0\u6642\u66f4\u5e38\u51fa\u73fe\u8655\u7406\u4e0d\u53ca\u3001\u56de\u7528\u6c34\u6df7\u6fc1\u7b49\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u5f71\u97ff\u751f\u7522\u6548\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n<p>To address these challenges, PORVOO proposed its tower-based ceramic wastewater purification system. The solution includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 integrated purification tower (10 m\u00b3\/h)<\/li>\n<li>1 sludge thickening tower<\/li>\n<li>2 automatic hydraulic filter press lines<\/li>\n<li>PLC with touchscreen interface &amp; remote monitoring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u91dd\u5c0d\u5ba2\u6236\u9700\u6c42\uff0cPORVOO\u63a8\u85a6\u4f7f\u7528\u5854\u5f0f\u9676\u74f7\u6c61\u6c34\u56de\u7528\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u914d\u7f6e\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u53f0\u6574\u5408\u578b\u6de8\u6c34\u5854\uff08\u8655\u7406\u80fd\u529b10\u7acb\u65b9\u7c73\/\u6642\uff09<\/li>\n<li>1\u5ea7\u6c61\u6ce5\u6fc3\u7e2e\u5854<\/li>\n<li>2\u689d\u81ea\u52d5\u6db2\u58d3\u58d3\u6ffe\u7dda<\/li>\n<li>PLC\u63a7\u5236\uff0b\u89f8\u63a7\u87a2\u5e55\uff0b\u9060\u7aef\u76e3\u63a7\u6a21\u7d44<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thanks to the enclosed tower design and fully automated cleaning cycle, the system drastically reduced manual handling. Only basic weekly inspections and scheduled maintenance are necessary. The filter cakes produced are dry and easy to transport to landfill or reuse in raw material feedstock.<\/p>\n<p>\u73fe\u5834\u53cd\u6620\uff0c\u7cfb\u7d71\u53ef24\u5c0f\u6642\u4e0d\u9593\u65b7\u904b\u884c\uff0c\u7121\u9700\u4eba\u5de5\u5e72\u9810\uff0c\u53ea\u9700\u6bcf\u9031\u57fa\u790e\u6aa2\u67e5\u8207\u4fdd\u990a\u3002\u6240\u6392\u6ce5\u9905\u4e7e\u71e5\u5805\u5be6\uff0c\u4fbf\u65bc\u88dd\u888b\u8207\u904b\u8f38\uff0c\u53ef\u4f5c\u70ba\u56de\u6599\u6216\u5916\u904b\u8655\u7f6e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Since the system was commissioned, Lihong Ceramic has reported not only better wastewater compliance, but also increased workshop cleanliness and reduced odor issues.
