As one of the largest producers of polished and glazed tiles in northern Guangdong, Best Ceramics generates over 120 m\u00b3 of slurry-rich wastewater per day across multiple production lines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6e05\u9060\u8c9d\u65af\u7279\u9676\u74f7\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8<\/strong>\u8207PORVOO\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5efa\u8a2d\u4e86\u4e00\u5957\u5b9a\u5236\u578b\u5927\u6d41\u91cf\u6c61\u6c34\u8655\u7406\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002\u4f5c\u70ba\u5ee3\u6771\u5317\u90e8\u5927\u578b\u62cb\u5149\u78da\u8207\u65bd\u91c9\u78da\u751f\u7522\u57fa\u5730\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u8c9d\u65af\u7279\u6bcf\u65e5\u7522\u751f\u8d85\u904e120\u7acb\u65b9\u7c73\u9ad8\u6fc3\u5ea6\u6ce5\u6c34\uff0c\u5206\u5e03\u65bc\u591a\u689d\u751f\u7522\u7dda\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Prior to system installation, the factory relied on manual sedimentation and decentralized bag-type filters, which could not meet the capacity demand during peak shifts. Operators had to frequently monitor water levels, clean tanks manually, and handle wet sludge with high moisture content.<\/p>\n<p>\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e0a\u7dda\u524d\uff0c\u8a72\u5ee0\u4f7f\u7528\u6c89\u6fb1\u6c60\u52a0\u888b\u5f0f\u904e\u6ffe\u7684\u7d44\u5408\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u96e3\u4ee5\u61c9\u5c0d\u9ad8\u5cf0\u671f\u8655\u7406\u91cf\u3002\u64cd\u4f5c\u4eba\u54e1\u9700\u983b\u7e41\u5de1\u6aa2\u6db2\u4f4d\uff0c\u624b\u52d5\u6e05\u6c60\uff0c\u4e14\u6392\u51fa\u6ce5\u9905\u542b\u6c34\u7387\u9ad8\uff0c\u642c\u904b\u96e3\u3001\u5806\u5b58\u8cbb\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>To overcome these limitations, PORVOO designed and delivered a <strong>three-tower wastewater recycling system<\/strong> with two automatic filter press lines. Treated water is directly reused in the material mixing station and polishing lines. The dried mud cake is discharged twice daily and transported by forklift to the waste handling zone.<\/p>\n<p>\u7cfb\u7d71\u555f\u7528\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u7d2f\u8a08\u8655\u7406\u8d85\u904e3000\u7acb\u65b9\u7c73\u6ce5\u6c34\uff0c\u56de\u6c34\u7387\u8d85\u904e92%\u3002\u8655\u7406\u5f8c\u6e05\u6c34\u76f4\u63a5\u9001\u5165\u914d\u6599\u8eca\u9593\u8207\u62cb\u5149\u5de5\u5e8f\u5faa\u74b0\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u58d3\u6ffe\u6ce5\u9905\u6bcf\u65e5\u96c6\u4e2d\u6392\u653e\u5169\u6b21\uff0c\u7531\u53c9\u8eca\u904b\u81f3\u5ee2\u6599\u5806\u5834\u3002<\/p>\n<p>The factory reported that the system not only reduced operational labor by 70%, but also lowered wastewater management costs by nearly 40%.
