This installation addresses the growing challenges of wastewater management in modern ceramic production, ensuring space-saving design, water recycling, and compliance with environmental regulations.<\/p>\n<p>PORVOO\u70ba<strong>\u5ee3\u897f\u65b0\u745e\u798f\u9676\u74f7\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8<\/strong>\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u5957\u9ad8\u6548\u7684<strong>\u5854\u5f0f\u6c61\u6c34\u8655\u7406\u7cfb\u7d71<\/strong>\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u4f01\u696d\u89e3\u6c7a\u73fe\u4ee3\u9676\u74f7\u751f\u7522\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5ee2\u6c34\u8655\u7406\u96e3\u984c\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u4f54\u5730\u7bc0\u7701\u3001\u6c34\u8cc7\u6e90\u56de\u6536\u8207\u7a69\u5b9a\u9054\u6a19\u6392\u653e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>The Xinruifu facility generates large amounts of slurry wastewater from its polishing, cutting, and raw material preparation lines. Previously, sedimentation pools took up significant floor space and required frequent manual cleaning.<\/p>\n<p>\u65b0\u745e\u798f\u9676\u74f7\u751f\u7522\u7dda\u6bcf\u65e5\u7522\u751f\u5927\u91cf\u62cb\u5149\u3001\u5207\u5272\u8207\u914d\u6599\u542b\u6ce5\u6c61\u6c34\uff0c\u904e\u53bb\u4f9d\u9760\u6c89\u6fb1\u6c60\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u4f54\u7528\u5927\u91cf\u5834\u5730\uff0c\u9084\u9700\u983b\u7e41\u4eba\u5de5\u6e05\u6c60\u3002<\/p>\n<p>To resolve these inefficiencies, PORVOO customized a tower solution combining <strong>sedimentation<\/strong>, <strong>thickening<\/strong>, and <strong>filter pressing<\/strong> in a vertical modular design. Operators only perform basic daily checks while the system ensures 24\/7 stable operation.<\/p>\n<p>\u7cfb\u7d71\u63a1\u7528\u5c01\u9589\u5f0f\u7ba1\u8def\u8a2d\u8a08\u53ca\u5168\u81ea\u52d5PLC\u667a\u80fd\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u6d88\u9664\u958b\u653e\u6c60\u7570\u5473\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u6975\u5927\u964d\u4f4e\u4eba\u529b\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u65e5\u5e38\u50c5\u9700\u5de1\u6aa2\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u5168\u5929\u5019\u7a69\u5b9a\u904b\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Since commissioning, Xinruifu has reported improved factory cleanliness, reduced wastewater processing costs, and better regulatory compliance.
