The project significantly improved water recycling efficiency within the factory, reduced floor space usage, and ensured long-term environmental compliance.<\/p>\n

PORVOO<\/strong>\u70ba\u8087\u6176\u5c07\u8ecd\u9676\u74f7\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8<\/strong>\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e26\u6210\u529f\u5b89\u88dd\u4e86\u4e00\u5957\u5854\u5f0f\u6c61\u6c34\u8655\u7406\u7cfb\u7d71<\/strong>\u3002\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u6709\u6548\u63d0\u5347\u5de5\u5ee0\u7684\u6c34\u8cc7\u6e90\u56de\u6536\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u7bc0\u7701\u4f54\u5730\u7a7a\u9593\uff0c\u4e26\u9577\u671f\u4fdd\u969c\u6392\u653e\u9054\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n

Zhaoqing General Ceramics is a well-established ceramic tile manufacturer located in Guangdong Province, specializing in glazed floor tiles and polished tiles. Daily production activities generate a high volume of wastewater containing fine slurry, especially from the polishing, cutting, and mixing processes.<\/p>\n

\u8087\u6176\u5c07\u8ecd\u9676\u74f7\u4f4d\u65bc\u5ee3\u6771\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u5c08\u696d\u5f9e\u4e8b\u91c9\u9762\u78da\u548c\u62cb\u5149\u78da\u751f\u7522\u7684\u77e5\u540d\u4f01\u696d\u3002\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u7522\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u62cb\u5149\u3001\u5207\u5272\u548c\u914d\u6599\u74b0\u7bc0\uff0c\u6703\u7522\u751f\u5927\u91cf\u542b\u6ce5\u6c61\u6c34\u3002<\/p>\n

To address these challenges, PORVOO customized a compact tower-type wastewater system<\/strong> combining sedimentation, thickening, and filter pressing into a vertical structure. This design reduces the footprint by more than 60% compared to sedimentation tanks.<\/p>\n

The system is fully automated, controlled by PLC with touch screen operation. It operates in a closed cycle, preventing odors and eliminating the need for manual sludge removal. The treated water is reused in the polishing and production lines, while filter cakes are discharged in dry form for easy transport.<\/p>\n
