Zhaoqing Hongrun Ceramics Co., Ltd. partnered with PORVOO to improve its wastewater treatment process by introducing a fully automated tower-type wastewater recycling system. The solution optimized water usage, reduced solid waste, and minimized the factory’s environmental impact.

Project Background 項目背景

Hongrun Ceramics specializes in large-size glazed floor tiles, operating multiple polishing and raw material processing lines that generate high-concentration slurry wastewater daily. Previous treatment relied on sedimentation ponds, which required frequent manual dredging, consuming labor resources and affecting production stability.

弘潤陶瓷主營大規格釉面磚，日常生產中切割拋光、配料環節產生大量高濃度泥漿廢水。早期處理方式依賴沉澱池，需定期人工清池，既佔地又浪費人力，影響生產穩定性。

Why Choose the Tower-Type System 為何選擇塔式系統

Considering the limited available space in the factory area and the rising labor costs, Hongrun Ceramics selected PORVOO’s tower wastewater solution, which integrates sedimentation, thickening, and filter pressing into a vertical compact structure, dramatically reducing the floor area required.

由於廠區可用空間有限、人力成本逐年攀升，弘潤陶瓷選擇採用PORVOO塔式方案，將沉澱、濃縮、壓濾集成於垂直結構，將污水處理區佔地縮減到最小化。

The system uses PLC automation with touch screen control, ensuring low-maintenance operation, high treatment efficiency, and eliminating the need for manual mud removal.

Performance and Results 實際效果與改善

Since commissioning, the factory reported a stable water recovery rate of over 90%. Clean water is continuously recycled into production lines, significantly reducing municipal water consumption and cutting operation costs.

系統投運以來，水回用率穩定超過90%，處理後清水直接回用至生產，明顯降低自來水用量和污水處理運營費用。

Dry filter cakes are automatically discharged, simplifying sludge handling. The project helped Hongrun achieve green factory targets while meeting stringent environmental regulations in Zhaoqing city.

乾燥泥餅自動卸料，極大簡化了排泥處理流程。整套系統助力弘潤達成綠色工廠標準，長期符合肇慶當地環保排放要求。
