二、塔式污水處理 + 壓濾機聯動 — 從泥水到清水的高效閉環

2. Tower Wastewater System + Filter Press Integration — Closed-Loop from Sludge to Clear Water

塔式污水處理系統進行初步分離後，泥漿自動輸送至壓濾機脫水區。系統根據流量自動調節泵速與進料時間，確保泥餅成型均勻、含水率低。清水則回流至生產用水槽，實現全廠水循環利用。

After initial separation in the tower system, sludge is automatically transferred to the filter press for dehydration. The system adjusts pump speed and feeding time automatically, ensuring uniform filter cakes with low moisture. Treated water returns to production tanks for full recycling across the plant.

3. Automatic Pulse Dust Collector — Synchronized with Production Rhythm

脈衝除塵系統可與主生產線 PLC 信號聯動，根據設備啟停自動啟動或待機，避免不必要的能耗。除塵效率高達99%，同時保持低壓損與低噪音運行，保障工作環境潔淨無塵。

The pulse dust collector integrates with the main production line PLC, starting or pausing automatically based on process signals. With over 99% collection efficiency, it operates quietly and steadily with minimal pressure loss, ensuring a dust-free workshop environment.

四、遠端監控與數據記錄

系統可選配遠端監控模組，通過手機或電腦即可查看運行數據、警報狀態及能耗統計。所有歷史數據自動存檔，便於管理者分析水質變化與設備運行趨勢。

An optional remote monitoring module allows managers to view real-time data, alarm status, and energy statistics via smartphone or computer. All historical data is automatically logged, supporting performance analysis
