1. How It Works (工作原理)

The system works in three simple steps:

1. Intake (吸入): Dusty air is sucked from the workstation (e.g., grinding head) into the collector box.

2. Filtration (过滤): The air passes through Filter Bags (made of Polyester, PPS, or PTFE). The dust is trapped on the outside of the bag, while clean air passes through and exits the chimney.

3. Pulse Cleaning (脉冲清灰): As dust builds up, the bag gets clogged. The system’s PLC automatically fires a burst of Compressed Air inside the bag. This “pulse” shakes the bag violently, causing the dust cake to fall into the hopper below.
