Collection & Smart Dosing
Dirty factory water flows into the collection pit. The PORVOO Auto Dosing System injects the exact ratio of PAM/PAC flocculant to instantly bind floating particles together.

Clarification (Clean Water Return)
The treated water is pumped into the Deep Cone Silo. Heavy sludge sinks to the bottom, while 100% clean water overflows at the top, returning directly to your cutting machines.

High-Pressure Pumping
The thick sludge at the bottom of the silo is sucked up by the ultra-durable Hydraulic Ceramic Plunger Pump, which blasts the mud into the filter press at up to 20 Bar of pressure.

Final Dewatering & Cake Drop
The Automatic Filter Press squeezes out the remaining moisture. The automated plate shifter opens, dropping dry, solid mud cakes ready for easy, low-cost disposal.
