Q: What is the lead time for a standard Filter Press?
A: For standard models (Automatic Chamber Press), production time is usually 20-25 days. For customized voltage or special materials, please allow 30-35 days.
Q: Can you customize the voltage for my country?
A: Absolutely. We build motors for 220V, 380V, 415V, 440V, 480V (60Hz for USA/Mexico/Philippines, 50Hz for others). Just let us know your local power standard.
Q: How do you handle after-sales service if something breaks?
A: We have a “24-Hour Response” policy. First, we diagnose via video call. Second, we ship replacement parts via DHL Express. For major issues, we can dispatch engineers (subject to visa/travel arrangements).
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Standard term is 30% T/T Deposit, 70% T/T before shipment (after FAT). We also accept L/C at sight for large orders.
