How the 3-Chamber System Works
Polymer chains need time to uncoil and activate. Our continuous flow design ensures the chemicals are perfectly matured before they ever reach your wastewater.
1. Mixing Chamber (Preparation)
The screw doser precisely drops dry powder into the water cone. The first high-speed agitator instantly wets the powder, preventing clump formation.
2. Maturing Chamber (Aging)
The liquid flows over a baffle into the second chamber. A slow-speed stirrer gently mixes the solution, giving the polymer molecules time to fully expand and activate.
3. Dosing Chamber (Storage)
The perfectly homogeneous liquid flows into the final chamber, ready to be injected into the Clarifier Silo by a precision metering pump. Level sensors here trigger the next batch cycle automatically.
